Congratulations. It's not clear if you were on the same machine for five hours. I think that you switch often. After five hours of pure drudgery lesser mortals would have packed it in for the day!Wild Royal and a quad deuce on the very next hand.  Cashed out and switched to dollar play.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If I got these on consecutive hands, even a confirmed cheap player like me would have had to suck it up and switch to dollars. Red hot cycle about to leave the station! I'd love to get more than the annual RF. Of course that would mean quadrupling my play to Phil level.

I'll bet there are a bunch of people on this website that would give their right arm to cap their loses at the total amount of your play.

Yeah, I'm way up again on the year again. But water will find its level and I'll likely have another ho hum break even year. The dollar machines I trifled with treated me well in limited play. I may give them extended play next time. Who knows? Maybe I dodged an impending avalanche.

Thanks Larry.  I was digging quite a hole until that royal.  That day it seemed I couldn't do anything wrong.  After the royal, I played slots for a while.  I hit a $300 Jackpot on a Quick Hit Platinum slot then spotted a 3D Temple Dragon machine.  If you've never played one, it's a hoot.  Can't believe how cool those graphics are, especially when the dragons fly off the screen.  Anyway, after about a half dozen spins I hit three bonus temples and the machine went to into bonus spin.  The thing rolled around for a few minutes and landed on a jackpot for $700 bucks!   I left after that up about $4K for the night.   Good memories...

Great inspiration for taking twenty cracks at max. A quad makes you about whole on DW and $25 profit on JOB. Sometimes low rollers need a thrill.
