There are many PA casinos and they all have 6/8 deck 3:2 S17 LS blackjack by law.

Can you get a fake moustache, wig, and glasses like they did in those Oceans 11,12, and 13 movies? Maybe talk with a foreign accent? Not foreign like Boston, but real foreign?

Or i can bring 1k$ and be lucky to see a positive count let alone a positive shoe
Playing negative hands will cripple me with 1k$ the tables min are dispaportioned

My best advice to you is to quit gambling all together as you ,quite obviously, don't get it.
With that said, The Sands is not going to either kick you out or paper you to its competitors for low level card counting. Provided you don't count out loud and jump your bets from $5 to $100, or spread from one hand of $15 to three hands or $75 whenever the count goes up.
You could try wonging, but if your in person personality is anything like the persona you present here, I doubt you have what it takes to succeed at it.
I sucked at wonging myself. Not worth the effort ,imo.
A decent card counter can beat the casinos straight out in the long run. A decent VP player needs comps, cashback and promos to beat the house long term.
Few non-whales get enough of anything from blackjack comps to be a significant part of their eanings. VP players need that extra edge.

Under Bankrolling. Barring and not being mobile is a recipe for failure

Being properly bankrolled is essential. So is understanding that anything can happen over the course of 33 hands.
Lacking this, my suggestion is not playing.
