according to CNBC.com, there is a 35 yr old lady from chicago, who attended college and art school. she owes more than $170,000 in student loans. last year, she made $28k. she offered, "we are hard working..., we just didn't have the intergenerational wealth to go to college without debt". according to article, she also said, "being hispanic and a woman, i am up against additional obstacles.

she is part of a group, who have formed Biden Jubilee 100, who have stopped making payments on their student debt. their goal, pressure Biden to cancel ENTIRE $1.7 TRILLION national student debt. biden has supported forgiving $10k in debt, but his press sec'y said he has not ruled out forgiving $50k each, by executive action.

according to US news, 2/2020, the average amount of school debt is around $30k. note the lady with $170k of debt takes no responsibility for the situation she is in. she has pat answers blaming society (woman/hispanic) and family history (everybody else had their college paid for). wonder how many years she was in school (perpetual student), who made her borrow $170k, did she attend spring breaks (on debt), etc.

forgiving student loan debt has become a hot topic for dems/liberals. another way to buy votes. how much would forgiving $50k per student or even $10k cost the taxpayers (me). what about all those who worked to pay off their debt, attended less expensive schools, worked while going to school.

just so DEMS can get more (here we go) NEEDY folks to vote for them.

I am all for a fresh look at student loans, or offering alternative programs to pay off your loan under different terms. Simple loan forgiveness should not be on the table, for some of the reasons notes mentions. These massive handouts to people who, frankly, do not deserve them are shameful (albeit compassionate) political acts.

Some loans are able to have favorable terms for instance if you work in a given environment (public health) for a number of years. This is purposeful and beneficial to society. Simply cancelling debt dishonors the program that was set up to help these students to begin with.

Military service would be another area I would consider as reasonable for expediting student loan payments. I'm sure there are other ways that would be reasonable for people to pay their debt when the financial means are not there. Simply being poor is not one of them.

Extending or delaying loan payments in a national crisis or when unemployed could also be reasonable.

that was before the VANITY FAIR report that biden's deputy press sec'y, on 01/21/21, is accused of threatening a female politico reporter working on a story about the deputy press sec'y having a relationship with an AXIOS reporter. according to the reporting the dep press sec'y tried to intimidate and used derogatory language against the author of the story(i will not repeat the language). on top of the profanity directed at her, he said he would destroy her and ruin her reputation.

the deputy press sec'y has not been fired, instead one week suspension. he apologized, meaning he was guilty.

does that make biden a liar, sounds like it to me. looks like clinton tactics coming back to the white house.

what was all that talk about decency/kindness/unity in this new WH.

during a CNN town hall on tuesday, Biden said, when he came into office, they didn't have the vaccine.

in mid december, health care workers were receiving their first doses of the non existing vaccine, a MONTH BEFORE, he got into office.

i know, i know, not a lie, just a misspeak, a mistake, a nothing.

but, if trump did it, it was a LIE to mislead the country. and, if would be covered by all media, non stop. double standard...hypocrites.

I'd have thought that anyone would understand that what he was saying was that when he came in, there was no supply of the vaccine. The previous administration kept saying there was a national stockpile and there simply wasn't.

if there was NO vaccine, what was in the needles that were being put into health care workers in december,2020?

what were they putting in him on 12/21/2020? it certainly wasn't brain cells. he even got his 2nd dose, before he was potus.

on 01-20-2021, there were already 4.8% of the usa population who had already gotten first dose.

the 2 approved vaccines were approved in RECORD time, under the trump administration.

now, explain to us again, how one can JUSTIFY biden's LIE?
