Re: My Journey on Video Poker
Understood. I’ve played the multiline 8/5 bp a few times, not enough for anything conclusive. For me, would prefer playing single line bp with higher denomination then multiline, but that’s just me. If somebody wants to put a string of multiline 8/5 bp play and results in the board,
I’ll be interested in looking at it. Keeping in mind results always a tricky thing in short term vp.

Very quick session tonight as I found myself falling asleep at the machine. Hit enough good hits on .25c 5 play deuces to win +$101. Around a 10 min session.
Cheers

You need to take a day off and catch up on Sleep....I'm 100% serious, not only will it impact your play (as you already have seen) but your overall health is suffering whether you know it, or feel it, or not from lack of sleep.

According to the National Sleep Foundation:
"Getting extra sleep to overcome sleep deprivation may seem like the right thing to do, but a recent HARVARD Medical School study found that it's not that easy. The study highlights the effects of chronic sleep loss on performance and demonstrates that IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to catch up on sleep to improve performance. According to the study, even when you sleep an extra 10 hours to compensate for sleeping only 6 hours a night for up to 2 weeks, your reaction times and ability to focus is worse than if you pulles an all-nighter.The bottom line is that there is NO REAL WAY TO RECOUP LOST SLEEP."
I'm posting this only in furtherance to the recent comment made by another poster regarding catching up on sleep.

That's my kind of session. Triple digit win after ten minutes and run.

On vp tilt after a session where I was up $380 at one point only to drag myself down to -$500. Grrr. .25c 5 play deuces, long session. Never hit the deuces, despite a session I probably should of hit 3 of them.
I find that there is no session as tilting as one when you are up right away, only to watch it evaporate. Frustrating, but that’s the gamble we choose I suppose.
Heading home tired and fuming.
Cheers

Getting up early in a session and then going home, leaving a contrail behind you, after you've dumped it back makes casinos very happy. You've reported recently of having quick sessions and leaving up, which means you have the discipline to control your fate, and profits, in a casino. Greed has a gravitational pull that many can't resist and it's something I learned to disconnect from years ago and you will too.
Now go get some sleep.....
