The Mrs is cooking a Traditional Turkey ( not me ) She says I’m cooked already. Heeeee for Thanksgiving. Lots of work. Sooooo, Thanksgiving evening we are going up to Bizarro where she can relax and stay over. I am surprised to land a comp room that night, but I did. One has to keep checking their website several times a day. At least at my level you do. It will be about a week since my last trip. Still in the year end batting slump for the most part. Can’t remember the last hand pay. Must be a couple of months ago now. Yep 9/19. Dealt Deuces on several lines. A barely legal one. 1260 bucks before taxes.

I have been LIVING at m. sun lately. come say hello. You know where I am at. pickem 5 bucks a tug. Up apx. 5 k last 4 trips, but lost apx. 6 k, 3 trips prior !! Oh well.

You've been playing lower denomination and modified clone and quitting early with modest gains. All if which reduce likelihood of handpays. You'll get one with that approach though it may take a bit longer and be on the lower end. Be Thankful for any jackpot. Good luck.

Yep you are right. I’ve also had some bets and quite a few between 5 bucks and 20 bucks a shot, but those don’t show up in the posts since those aren’t the bets that hit anything. I did have one other Royal for 940 bucks on Joker kings ( betting a buck a line ) 6 or 7 weeks ago. I only caught it on one line. What is missing are some really good dealt hands on multiple line play on Spin Poker or on single line play, some nice hits late in the Martingale Clone game. At this point in the year, I would need at least 3 10k hits to be even for the year. Almost no way that’s going to Happen. My sessions are still averaging 10k coin in per session X 3 trips a week X 50 weeks = 1,500,000 coin in X an average 2 percent hold for the casino = 30,000. Right about where I am for the year so far. I can’t really complain that much as that is only about 200 bucks a session loss and about 100 of the 150 sessions were overnights. Also no out of pocket expenses for food, gas, gifts etc. No shows attended due to Covid concerns and the close quarters in the Arena, but the offers are there.

As far as the room comps, you should be able to get any day of the year. If you don't have a host you should request one. You like to go, you have the play to back it so don't be afraid to ask.

Yes have a host. Have had several over the years. For some reason, they are very stingy on comps. I think it has to do with VP play instead of slots. In fact, Trans Siberian Orchestra is coming this Sunday. I asked a few weeks ago about tickets. Host said tickets are very tight. I have found the other casino Foxwoods to be similar over the years. I think both casinos think they have a captive audience with very little competition unlike Vegas or other places. I have made a few trips to MGM Springfield over the years. Further drive, no 99 percent machines, similar story. A few years ago, I did get rooms 24/7 365. New management changed that. There are reasons I still play at Bizarro. Mainly the short hour drive, really nice employees, super clean and no smoking.
Just figured I would explain to make it clearer how swings in betting patterns can make it or break it depending on luck. Luck plays such a huge part in VP. No matter how carefully we play.
