Wow, forgot that episode. Will have to look it up on youtube. Loved the show abd never missed it being in black and white. In fact we never had a color tv until the mid 1960s. Luckily, our shelter keeps the animals forever until a home is found.

Surprisingly, there were only 39 episodes and the show aired for only one season in the 1950s. A classic show that one can watch over and over again. One of my treasured possessions from my youth is an autographed Jackie Gleason photo.
