We have not been notified by the Department of Justice of the supposed criminal investigation reported, without official attribution, in the Wall Street Journal today.

The WSJ’s reporting is deeply irresponsible, as even it admits that the “exact nature of the potential criminal allegations is unclear.”

We stand by the integrity of our Medicare Advantage program.

Who knows. The story is being reported by multiple news outlets. Actually hope not. That is one of our insurers. Would be better to hear it from the horses mouth either the Company or Justice Dept. I missed two more opportunities in the last couple of days. One was UNH which could have been bought at 250 or so this morning and closed around 274. The other one was RTX Corp which is in a good pattern. Ever since Trump mentioned the other day that he could use companies like IBM and Raytheon to modernize the Air Traffic Control System, they have been headed up.

I checked about 8 of them and they are all citing the Journal. More will follow I’m sure in the near future. In the meantime, UNH is still headed up after hours. I should have day traded that one today.
