Yes prolonges sitting is not good for you.  What I do is get up off my ass every hour or so and just stretch.  I even walk to the big boys room and take a whizz.  Just find a floor person to watch your machine for you take a quick walk to the can.  I find it rejuvinates my body, makes the blood flow better so my brain will work better.  Also if you are getting a little sleepy from a long session it will wake you up a little too.......try it sometime it works.  A professional secret from a truck drivin video poker lover.

An informative e mail re: strokes has been circulating lately. The last one we received was sent to one nurse from another. Briefly: A Dr claims he can reverse all stroke damage if only he can get to the victim within THREE hours. S T R and tongue are the operatives to remember if you think someone might be having a stroke. S: Try to get the victim to Smile. T: Try to get them to Talk a simple sentence. As ask what's the weather like outside...not just a question that could be answered yes or no. R: Ask them to Raise both arms. Finally, if their tongue hangs to one side this is often a symptom. To this I add: It is better to foot a $500 ish ambulance bill for a false alarm than listen to the victim claim he's not sick. He's probably in no position to make that judgment. A 45 year old, married, great position, father of three making plans for college had a stroke recently. In his case, it was finally diagnosed as a birth defect that had not surfaced until his stroke. A stroke knows no age boundaries.Happy Sunday everyone and have fun with the contest.

I am surprised your father in law or anyone else would bother talking to you. I would rather watch grass grow.
rs told me once that his father in law drove a milk truck. What a coincidence.
