Billyjoe - without asking dollar amount - were you playing for a while or was this shortly after sitting down? And if you were playing for a while, were you winning hands before this beauty?

Billyjoe that was an amazing hit! I noticed it was on a negative pay table. Did you know that you were losing money on every hand you played? Congratulations again!!

I had actually played that particular machine for a while, but not always playing the Double Pay game. The Five Star machine offers several games as single line, including Dream card, Ultimate X, STP, Double STP and others. I was bouncing around to different games if one starting getting cold. It's a little blurry in the picture, but I had a $400 balance in the machine when I hit this hand on this game, some of which I earned playing different games on this same machine.

Even better - winning big with the money they gave you....I did see the 445 credits. Ceasar's seems to like you. I remember the quick hit picture. They see me coming, get out the hoover, fire it up - to get money out of me.... Congratulations again.

Well, that is kind of what you expect on the Strip. If I was a resident, and played several times a week, I might be more sensitive to that. But that pay table generates a % return over infinity, and traveling in from Florida a few times a year to play, I cannot play enough hands to make that big a difference.
In addition, when I visit Caesars LV (and on this trip, Lake Tahoe also), I am fully comped (no need to use Reward Credits). So the cost of airfare, rooms, dining, limos, golf, shows, and spa treatments for my wife and I, which they cover, would need to be calculated in for a true picture of the trip's gaming return.
Even without a huge win, which of course this was, I am not going to casinos where I am not comped just to get a fraction of a percent better return on a VP game.
But that's just me..

But that's just me.. I agree completely. I'm a 7* also and not a Vegas local who has to worry about a .005 percent advantage to keep my head above water for the year when playing every day. My comps are in the high thousands if not more and I enjoy the nice perks and worry free service, even on a moment's notice.

If only we could convince some others without getting bashed how very unimportant that little extra percentage is when we play. Billyjoe, Im going to go out on a limb here and say that because of your big win, you can play under 100 per cent games for the rest of your life and still be ahead when you take that last breath.
