We should all be careful not to let  instantly derail every thread Bob posts.  I, for one, am glad he posts here.

If I understand what you wrote, at the time of my win it put me up a little bit over $20,000 for this calendar year. Since that time I have been to casinos four times with my crew, and have not yet played another hand. How long that will last I dont know, but I will not play until next year if I get down to $15,000 in the black.

If anyone else here has that ability, Ill get up and walk first, then do the jig in front of the MGM.

Thank you deuces. But Im not intending to derail a Bob post. I believe he wants, even needs, us to read his columns and I started doing that this year. Hes a very interesting writer too. I just dont see his need to pop off about sex so often especially at his advanced age. It goes hand-in-hand with a high rolling gambler image and with a penchant to brag about wealth. It has been many professionals experiences that when someone does that routinely, most or none of it ever got past the fantasy stage.

My nickname is "doc" at the base because I just fell short in my obtaining a Phd. You may call me Dr. Backsider however.

Royal, that probably has been true given the fact that I cannot walk and have always been behind, until this year. Now I am one continuous lifetime AHEAD in both life AND video poker, thanks to a fine wife, beautiful children, a fabulous job, caring friends who treat me like any other co-worker, and a great gambling year.

So now, how does that reality fit into your world of theories? Or are you like the other sharpie and are unable to relate.

That hasnt been my experience, except for Frank, who is always courteous and helpful. If you idolize sharpie shadowman for instance, youre giving creedence to an angry antagonist, who believes his way is better than mine or anyone elses that doesnt buy into the long run theory crap. New2vp could probably be more helpful if he knew how to react to disagreements without RS always being the target from inside his head, and if he knew how to get a simple point across without a dissertation.

Now Ill be a sharpie in another area to you: learn how to write better.
