I would think it is only right they welcome you, cheat you then thank you as you leave with your pockets empty. Makes sense to me.

Michigan does NOT regulate Indian Casinos for the most part. Other than what was placed in the compact. Trust me, the people of Michigan took a good screwing when the State folded on the compact.

There is some talk of changing this when the renewal of the compact comes up soon. But for now, the Casinos are pretty much self regulated.

This is a mute point on VP cuz as you know, the "odds" are right in front of you. Most (if not all) that I've seen in the Indian casinos are relatively crappy pay-tables.

I don't understand why my local casinos have such poor VP tables. They just spent one million dollars remodeling one of them and it hasn't changed a thing. Same ol' crappy slots and tight-ass VP machines. Plus, the "customer Service" is a joke. Don't go for a short time? They'll drop you down a level on your players card. Not that it has much real value anyway.

Most days you can see tumble weeds blowing through the place. Guess that nice new carpet and wall covering isn't working to well at drawing people in.

Actually, I had my best gaming trip of the year, measured by the amount of gaming money won that I actually left with, on a trip to Cherokee in July.

It is only a mute point on VP because of the compacts. Without the compact, a VP paytable is worthless in an Indian casino.

And double checking the state casino lists, all Indian casinos do have Class III compacts with Michigan. So wildman, if the game is not dealt from a fair deck up there (which many people seem to believe on this site), then they are in violation of gaming compacts.

The first time I played at a Michigan Indian casino (Four Winds New Buffalo) I hit this, so they seem fair to me. Of course there, the game only pays back 96.74% max at nickels (98.99% at dollars) and videopoker.com lets you play the 100.15% version.

You're playing 40/10/6 DDB, right? The game is nearly illegal and pays better than this site...lol And wish that place was near my house...
