This system will not work on machines that only allow you to bet 5 coins. For me, it works the best on a 100 play penny machine and only for games like job, deuces, joker kings etc. that in the long run give you a winning hand every 4 to 6 hands. It gets too expensive for games like DDB, joker 2 pair etc. I just make my first bet 1 cent on 1 line. I go up one line after every loss. Lets say I lost 12 bets in a row. My next bet would be 13. Say on that bet I win on several lines a total of 53. I divide 13 into 53 which is 4 with a remainder. I subtract 4 from 13 and my next bet would be 9. Lots of fun to play this way. You can still be a winner by winning fewer hands than you have lost. Very rarely, does my get go all the way up to 100 and even if it does, I simply change the bet amount per line accordingly so I can continue the progression. The most fun of course is to get dealt a really good hand and win on all of the lines. Just recently, I got dealt 4 of a kind and had that bet on 36 lines. Cashed out and had some nice coffee money. Most people won't like having to do the math in their head every time you win a hand and then subtract etc., but I don't mind and it keeps my mind sharp too. Good luck if anyone tries it. I also should mention that any time my credit total meets or exceesd my highest number for that session, my bet returns to 1. I call this a Martingale clone because the original method called for doubling your bet after every losing hand. Since losing 10 or more consecutive hands in vp is quite common, this would not work for vp and the required bet would exceed the machine maximum allowable bet.
