  Actually if you are playing at Horseshoe Hammond and you are an upper tier player looking for a place to sleep then Horsehoe Hammond has an agreement with a very nice local motel and they will comp you a room. Granted you most likely will be amongst some shady characters, rodents, vagabond truck drivers who don't regularly shower, ladies of the night and their handlers, and drug dealers. You might come out the next day to find your car's catalytic converter missing but hey, its a free room right?
Actually, Ted, my host there said they would comp me a room in downtown Chicago, and limo me back and forth to the casino.
 
When I come up, I usually stay at Harrah's Joliet, rent a car locally, and drive over to see family and play at Horseshoe.

I do feel better I did better than milmont's though...lol Chased after a promo at Hollywood Joliet while playing 40/10/6 DDB (99.96%), and this was my biggest hit today and also my biggest single hit all year, but still not enough for me to come away a winner today. They also have 9/7 TDB there for you too billyjoe.

Yeah - I miss the big, Irish cops that the old Mayor Daley used to have walking the downtown beat. You never had any issues. Well, that was until the Democratic Convention came to town..
 
Yes, I use Midway. All my travels are to the south suburbs, so it makes sense.

I do not know what kind of phone you have, but take a look at the camera settings. My Galaxy S III has an auto focus and anti-shake setting.
 
As for VP at Joliet Hollywood, I have played there on several occasions with mixed results.

S IV actually, which has a borderline ridiculous 13MP camera, so I'll definitely have to look into that. Thanks. And I definitely had a lot of nerves. I usually stick to nickels or single-line quarters unless I have a good reason not to (e.g. long-term profit opportunity), so my adrenaline was much higher than normal. Hell, I think I'm still coming down from it a bit... I think it would take me the rest of the year to come down from milmont's hits!
