I have won quite a bit at the Dotty's on Flamingo and the one near Grand Canyon. After that, I would definitely have to say Red Rock

When I was in LV in August for bridge tournament, I played at the Westgate (just off strip) previously Las Vegas Hotel after it was Las Vegas Hilton.

I'm a nickel player and there are many full pay nickel VP machines in the sport's betting area in front of the food bar.   

In the main area I saw a couple of full pay quarter machines.

I would have to say my favorite place to play off the strip would have to be Dotty's. I might be a little biased but I hit my first quarter Royal there. I also really enjoy the Gold Strike in Jean which is circa classic Vegas and just a fun place to be.
