Re: Riddle Me This
I'm down$2,500 for the year playing 9/6 jacks and 9/5 Super Double Bonus almost exclusively at the Borgata. Includes 2 2 k royals earlier in the year. Quads have been hard to come by lately.. I think the games are random, I've just been unlucky lately.

But wouldn't you think some disgruntled slot tech or computer programmer would have come forth with earth shattering info about he or she personally rigged said VP machines to not pay out what pay tables say. Has anyone heard, read or have personal knowledge of this in of being made public? If it is as bad as some here a ledge it to be can they show bonafided proof of said accusations.

i have no proof. but, we do know that in the past, a 'near miss' feature was legally added to machines, to mislead players. we do know the AMERICAN COIN COMPANY scandal happened and millions of jackpot dollars were not paid, because company owners rigged the machines not to pay them. we know the tech, who did the work as instructed, was gunned down. this episode lead to the more famous RON HARRIS scandal. this happened within the gaming control board. when money is involved, anything is possible.

Avg. 3 hrs a week on .50 or 1.00 machine. Fig 500 hands per hour so 3,750-7500 per week for say 30 weeks. Play more .50 so maybe 125k coin in.

if my math is accurate, at 35-45000 hands, those 2 royals certainly helped.

If someone wants to believe there is a conspiracy, you will never convince them otherwise, because every explanation is just another level of the conspiracy.

you got three documented cases where regulatory approved deception was approved, outright rigging of the machines by owners of machine maker (murder involved) and stealing/corruption by a regulator was involved. conspiracy theory? how about reality! you are probably still waiting at your mailbox, for that $2500 obamacare refund check. and, what kind of !*%#@* brings something as serious and deadly as 911 into a discussion about casino machines. that is a new low. nice touch to add smiley face, when talking about 3000 people dying.
