we're done burglarOh darn!    I'm devastated......Fine.....whatever you say Doris.....but I am glad you finally accepted the fact that I am not anyone else other than myself......Webman went out of his way in this thread to demonstrate that.    PLUS, it never made any sense anyway, what you believed or accused me of.......WHAT PURPOSE OR BENEFIT would it ever serve to "pose" as someone like Francois?     This does not even serve my alleged agenda (according to you) that I am here to drive this website into the ground (whatever THAT means.....)   Glad to see though, that you have a lot of respect for my abilities, thinking that I have the power, influence and ability to run this website into the ground.

I don't get that Buff, I obviously am missing some backstory or inside joke.......but I like that nickname, "da bug" you've coined......I'd change my screen name from Da Burglar (which does have some negative conotations vis-a-vis Larceny), and make it "Da Buglar",  but most people would then assume I am preoccupied with blowing into an instrument or horn, and that is NOT me either.....other posters claim I blow my own horn, and I am sure I have done so, but so have many other people here.    What that has to do with insects is beyond me, but this stream of consciousness posting style that often takes place here is somewhat therapeutic.....

OK SERIOUSLY, this is my reply to Webman's idea:I accept this challenge (what other choice is there for either of us at this point?)  Let me add these points however:1)  Webman, I do not need to receive a free months Gold even if I win.....I greatly appreciate the offer and the effort and sentiment behind it......even before this latest intensified harassment and nastiness, I was thinking of renewing my Gold and trying it again for a month or two on my own, and after I return from my upcoming trips over the next several weeks I probably will do so.       So if I happen to somehow defeat Ted, then let me offer to DONATE my free month to someone else who YOU can either choose via merit, or some sort of random lottery (surely you have access to and means to use an RNG  lol!)2)  I want some sort of pledge or action that, when the other poster/player who LOSES the match returning after the month suspension, things will not just simply deteriorate  or return to the putrid state they were in (or still are in) prior to the match.    Therefore, I ask that YOU, webman, require both myself, and TEDLARK to simply LEAVE the other person alone.    I will NOT reply to Tedlark and he will not reply to me.   This contest and the rewards settle everything for all time.       Seriously, before anyone criticizes me for proposing THIS, ask the question, "What will things be like, or what will be different, 31 days after the contest when the suspension of the loser ends?"     I am trying to think several moves ahead here and permanently SOLVE this ridiculous and absurd issue.

We can all hope that a month off will somehow lead to better days ahead,  but at the very least it will buy us all a little peace for a time and that's worth the price of admission (free). I certainly can't promise anything about it ending things for all time. "Leaving each other alone" is subjective, and I'm not going to be put in a place where you feel like I need to enforce things you want because you feel like you are being bothered. But I hope things improve and that would become unnecessary any way. So as far as this particular challenge it is only for a month and we'll try to keep making things better from there.As for the month of Gold, you could certainly keep it or give it away, I leave that up to you., and that's generous on your part to want to share your winnings.It looks like Ted is in. I just need to hear that DaBurglar is in without additional conditions beyond the original post. If so, I'll schedule this for Monday, you'll be able to play any time after 9am Pacific.
