For sure. You really can't add anything to news like that. I guess it's just the times we live in.

Alpax, I enjoyed the video. Who wouldn't with this hit? It makes me feel better about throwing away a flush today to pursue a four card RF opportunity. He said that is what he did. Six birds in the hand were not worth a thousand in the bush for me.

I primarily find myself looking at videos of people hitting on slot games (I still keep up with the latest games from all the big time slot manufacturers, but I cannot afford the losses that come with playing the game), but I happened to run into a few video poker ones and John R produces some good ones.

John R usually starts recording when he is dealt 4 to a royal. He lets what I believe is his son to hit the Draw button. So far he has done it at least 3 times, he admits he will not show the misses that happen way more. This one was not recorded prior since he only had 3 to a diamond Royal (1 in 1081 to get the Royal) along with the 6 suited diamond card. The optimal strategy does suggest to keep 3 to a Royal over 4 to a flush unless there is an Ace and 10 with a non-suited 10, J, Q, K, Ace.

I too find it very cool to see a person willing to do this to show it is possible to get a Royal Flush.

Over 50 people dead and many more of the wounded will die within days. I don't know what to say....

The ultimate Anything and Everything thread, of course. Hate to insist.

It happens to be the most fatal homicidal act in the nation's history as well as a senseless of an up and coming Fa La La La La.... La la la la, but unfortunately what I had in mind at the time of bringing it up was merely location. With Phil being in central part of Florida and also Orlando being a major city in the central part of Florida. It just came into my mind as that and not bringing up that it hit close to home. No words to describe the senseless acts.

The Happy Land fire took many more lives.

Overlooked the "shooting" as the type on the news information, still a tragedy regardless.
