The auto modification to Vman's comments was a big clue for me.

They were? I actually typed "fa la la la la"...I did it again just now. I have no idea who the author is. But I wouldn't be shocked that he would write that.

I thought it was unintentional until I forgot that Deck the Halls has more "la la la" than what was typed out.

At least Ted verified it.

Rob is not the author of the book. The guy that wrote this book has written 23 books on gaming and has been in gaming for over 30 years. He claims his source is from developers who work in the chip industry. But what does he know I'm sure people who play nickel poker once every 3 months know more than him.

The name of Rob was an amateur fake name to humorously offend professional pseudonym Bob Dancer....Sorry to burst your mythical bubble....

I'm going with a guess of Frank Scoblete FTW. [QUOTE=spxChrome]

This. This is important so people can know to not take any writing from this author at face value. Frank Scoblete, although entertaining, should also be avoided unless one is interested in "alternative facts".

A Google search hints that the author behind this is Victor H. Royer. FOR SHAME, Victor!!!!

It's not. Spxchrome, look at this case  where a casino in Ontario,Canada violates Ontariogaming statutes by offering an 84.42% vp game (db/ddb/bp hybrid with the worst of three worlds) where Ontario gaming regulations stipulate a minimum 88% payback for vp (http://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling ... post569737 and http://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling ... post569748). So with a clear-cut case of a casino violating gaming statues, we cannot say for certain that casinos don't violate RNG statutes here in the United States - there are precedents.http://i.imgur.com/QfKoRDp.jpgHow is randomness a guarantee?
