Re: Cashing out Tickets --WHAT IS THIS?
Do you guys realize the pocket change from cashing tickets is all some people leave with? The casino is trying to deny it from escaping by making it difficult. People are going to take those odd cents and gamble them most of the time when influenced, basically inconvenienced in a passive aggressive way pushed to take these actions. The casino doesn't want to pay what is owed in a normal way.

Forget the beer, have a $10 shot of Johnny Walker Blue.
I've never seen it offered so cheaply anywhere else.

$10 for JWB is a steal. I'd indulge each visit and rationalize the health concerns away. In vino veritas. But with this stuff you can fudge the facts.

M I has been running some great promotions. One that just expired was a $500 sign up rebate, that came with an unannounced $50 food credit. I took advantage of it several times. They have restored decent VP and their ongoing $10 shot of Blue has to be bringing in foot traffic.

Oh yeah, and it should be a stampede! I read that the JW brewmasters actually prefer black, fwiw. They also recommend drinking three ice cold glasses of water before blue or black. Maybe to fully cleanse the palate. Well, here's to winning sessions.

If you like beer, have a beer at the 32 Degree bar for me! I hope you like Sierra Nevada - I had a 22 ouncer and chicken wings for lunch there.

It used to be my Vegas "go to" for a few years, so it's a pretty good choice! Vegas strip casinos have upped their craft game a bit more in the last few years, so it's been awhile since I've had it.

The difficulty I have with that bar is that they have 96 beers to choose from. It's a problem - so many beers, so little time!

I rarely drink these days, and when I do it's a beer or three. Never really liked Scotch. An occasional Single malt is okay, but JW doesn't do anything for me.
Quick aside- My cousin Tom is an investment banker who helped put together the buyout of one of Long Island's liquor distributors. It was actually a multi-state deal.
One of the owners of the new company sent a case of Blue to Toms daughters wedding.
At the Viennese Hour, on the veranda of an old estate turned banquet hall someone snapped a photo of Tom, his son and myself. Ten inch cigars in one hand and a bottle of Blue in the other overlooking the Great South Bay at sunset. A few months later, it appeared in Cigar Aficionado. Tom had it blown into a poster and displays it in his office.
