I am a little confused, though. Is his message-re-elect me and I will stop the violence that is now happening? What new powers will a re-elected donald have have the presently elected donald doesn't?
He says the Democrats have been in charge of the cities for yeas, which is true. Democrats controlled the cities in the Clinton era, with no riots. Democrats controlled the cities with the Bush administration, no riots. Democrats controlled the cities under Obama, with no rioting.
As the democrats have controlled cities for generations ith no rioting, it seems pretty obvious it isn't the democrats causing the riots. It must be some new factor. What could it be?
But re-elect trump and he'll do something different than he is now doing. You have his word.

Rasmussen! The great Republican pollster. Paid by Republicans for "insider" polls. Rasmussen polls are rated "P" by every single polling credibility outfit. P = partisan.

BTW, there are also pollsters who are rated "P" because they are partisan Democratic, such as Public Policy Polling. The only polls you should be paying attention to are the non-partisan polls that show, first, all RV, and second, all LV. Then average the two. RV = registered voters, and LV = likely voters.

Polls from FOX, NBC, CBS, GALLUP, and so forth, are rated credible. They ALL show Trump with a staggering deficit. It is possible he can overcome it. Possible, yes. Likely, no. His single biggest problem, shown in ALL of the credible polls, is that the undecided vote is a fraction of what it was this time 4 years ago (2016). Which means that an overwhelming majority of voters have already made up their minds. In 2016, "undecided" remained extremely fluid right up until Election Day, and in the end, it was the determining factor in the three states where Trump got his winning Electoral votes.

forget the polls where folks have to make a potus selection. for obvious reasons, many trump supporters are not willing to make their political opinions known.

just watching the footage of trump supporters last night in DC being harassed, being threatened, their lives put in jeopardy, in another DEM run city, is sickening. and, THE dems are going to pay. the voting majority has had it, they know they are just one 'event' away from it happening to them. there will be more dead bodies, as people will feel the need to defend themselves against mobs. and, juries will not convict innocent folks, who are being surrounded by mobs that are yelling, pushing and threatening them.

the day of reckoning is coming in 2 months, they will pay big time, on a national basis. they deserve it.

empty words are when innocent folks are being terrorized/threatened, and instead of condemning the action, you make a smart a$$ remark.

the voters are noticing, they will make their voices heard soon.

I lived in Washington for two years. Not once in that time did I ever see a US Senator walking the streets.
No one walks the streets of DC. Rand Paul was looking for a photo op and evidently doesn't mind subjecting his wife to harrassement in order to get one. He evidently is a student of Lincoln. You can fool some of the people all of the time.

well, if wannabee says so, it must be true.

most of the folks were walking from the WH to nearby hotels. the a$$hole dem mayor purposely left trump supporters without enough police protection. she will not have police protection forever. let's see how she feels when a bunch of 'good ole boys' come and greet her.

we already have seen what happens when the 'tolerant' mayors of chicago, seattle and other hypocrite dem mayors feel threatened. they call the cops and get the protesters out of their neighborhood.

don't like what you see happening in chicago, seatlle, portland, minneapolis, baltimore, DC, NY and other dem run cities? you don't live there, so you can't vote the dem mayors out. but, that doesn't mean you can't make them pay, for putting innocent folks, with a different political opinion at risk.

going on a vacation, SKIP these places. gotta a business meeting, MAKE it somewhere else. have a conference coming, TELL those in charge you will NOT attend it in cities you do not feel safe in. go shopping somewhere else, do your business somewhere else, going away for a little R&R do it somewhere else. make these cities pay with lost tourism and business revenue. see how quick these mayors change their tune, when tax dollars plummet. just like CUOMO came begging.

make them pay!!!

Where the incident occurred is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Park Police, and it's the job of Capitol Police( another Federal agency) to protect members of Congress. The area around the White House and Lafayette Park are not policed by the Metro Police. They often give aid and assistance but that's Federal Jurisdictions.
