Took it easy this trip, nickel games only. This is the third Royal on the same wheel machine, throwing a pair away holding 3 to the Royal. Amphora great as always, prime rib was fork tender. B Bar was too crowded, couldn’t get a seat.

Congratulations and above all, don’t spend it all in one place. I certainly expect B Bar to be packed on a football Sunday or a Saturday. No use even making the attempt. So where did you play, MGM sports bar?

Yesterday wasn't that crowded at B-Bar, MGM sports bar.
The prime rib on Sunday was good nice and tender. But, On Saturday it was tough , dried out, overcooked.

Not being a drinker, I find the buffet has way better food. IMHO

DDB and the other high variance game are too much for me. Give me 99%+, I’m a happy enough customer.

I agree. The Buffet is shaped like a horseshoe or a half circle with all the cooking equipment in the center the food is prepared and serve hot and freshly cooked.

Fair opinions I respect, but for me the Amphora is a prime draw to travel to, stay at, and play at Borgata. Since I try to avoid eating too much at buffets anyway, my wife and I simply enjoy the atmosphere and a few good adult beverage between our afternoon and late evening playing sessions. It’s a unique venue when compared to other MGM properties.

Had a family gathering of 8 at Amphora this week. Fantastic as usual. High point of the day was play Multi Strike for 2 hours on a $100.😂

Fifty dollar hourly loss was okay. My middling trips feel like massive missed opportunities. Especially when witnessing an actual jackpot.
