We are now at Caesars Republic in Stateline, Nevada. Even though everything went fairly smoothly on our trip yesterday, it was still a long, gruelling 20 hour day. I doubt we will do any serious play today.

Well, contrary to my previous thought, we did play some yesterday, after all. In just over an hours play on 10 line 50c, (JOB and BP), I managed a $1050 loss - not a great start to the trip. My wife, on the other hand, played somewhat longer. also on 10 line 50c. Playing her favourite super aces game, she had two dealt quads, a royal, and, of course, several sets of quad aces. She was plus $6200 for an absolutely fantastic start.

If memory serves, that's still available (7/5 pay schedule) at Silver Legacy on the 50 and 100 plays. It's now the best game on the machines. But $20 per point.

I played during the Seven Stars multiplier. The property was crowded with festival revelers, but good machines were available. My quad aces were served with a kicker :

A minor correction - my wife was up "only" $5200 yesterday.

And, she was at it again today. Two more royals for a plus $2700 morning. It's a good thing, too, as I was down another $1500 on my play.
