Hi Everyone,

I had a strange result this weekend at Borgata in AC. I played Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday morning. I received ONE (1) four-of-a-kind for the ENTIRE time. The strange thing I noticed is I had an abundance of three-of-a-kinds and flushes.

I remember reading in this thread of the possibility of changing the 4OAK frequency rate in VP machines and raise other types of payouts.

I just wanted to share my experience and get your thoughts.

Thanks,

yankees4ever31

yankees4ever31First off, my sympathy......nothing sucks the fun out of the entire experience of playing in a casino than NEVER hitting or winning ANYTHING at all.    It just is not fair.....Wow, three whole days in a row?!?!?    AS bad as my AC Video Poker experiences have been, I dont think I ever had this EXTREME result.......Can you shed a little mor einfo?   Like what exactly were you playing, what denom, how much total TIME over the three days did you play and how many hands would you say this represents for you?    This will help further emphasize the degree of your futility and help possibly persuade others that something is definitely "different" about VP in AC compared to a place like Vegas!!!I am a little surprised and even dismayed that you had this happen at Borgata.....I had been under the perception that at least THEY were likely to be on the straight and level when it comes to their VP.     Something stinks here......

I have had those dismal no quad days more times than I can count. I think my record is 7 1/2 hours of play or about 5k hands without one. One thing I noticed though. Lots of times when the quads don't appear after the dealt 3 or a kind, the full houses will show up and sometimes enough of them for a close bailout.
