Ouchhhhhhhhhhthat indeed is depressing, sorry.......As for the "quadless" stretch that yankees  and Olds talk about, if you stuck it out on the exact same machine and did not change anything over 7 plus hours, that truly is "fishy".....I'd at least find the slot manager/supervisor for the machine's section you played in and vent a little with them, asking him/her/it to verify your claim by looking at the machine's actual play log showing all your 7 hours of futility (just so they KNOW for certain you are telling the truth and not just sour grapes or cluelessness.
