Someone posted a while ago that a Vegas Casino had some kind of meter where if you didn't play enough you had to move on. Did that go away or did I misunderstand it?

Go it. I have seen casino bartenders tell players they can't have free drinks if they don't play. I see nothing wrong with that. You can sit in Starbucks all day for free. If you want coffee, you have to pay.
