Biden has always been a bit of a goof, so it might be seem reasonable to downplay some of his missteps. But he's well beyond his best years from a cognitive perspective, and declining rapidly I would say.

I'd say Trump is much "sharper" from a mental standpoint. His mental issues are more to do with his lack of intellect and high level of narcissism.
