games playing slow

It looks like there was a server issue over the weekend that repeated this morning. We're looking into the cause so this can be avoided in the future.

I certainly hope you can fix it! I was just about to amend my earlier post to include the fact that this morning was about the same as yesterday when I saw the above post.

Once again, the games are playing just awful. They stutter, they pause, they freeze up, etc.

We keep getting a blue square in the middle of the screen saying: connecting to server. After a few, or not so few, seconds, the game resumes, but usually, not for long before it acts up again!

This is occurring on both our desktop (Windows 10, I.E. 11), and our Apple laptop.
