Agree. It wasn't so long ago that there was no such thing as a "Tip Jar".
Now, it seems you can't go anywhere without being confronted with those jars. Can't remember which casino, but the cashier cage had a tip jar.

The charity beggar machines are great for those folks who may not possess sufficient intelligence to choose a charity and make a donation without the "help" of the casino. Penn Gaming is grateful for these folks.

You guys are indeed right. It's easy to make sarcastic comments from afar as I have. But if this ever came to my area casinos, I'd be just as mad and frustrated. Particularly in a casino, where the beat downs are immense and bad news is the order of the day, this is a most unwelcome intrusion.
