Some denominations cast lots, while others prefer to spin the bottle.
Which begs the eternal questions:
Is an RNG considered "random" if God ordains the outcome?
And is a game truly "fair" if you end up kissing a girl who isn't as good looking as your alcohol consumption led you to believe?
These are the questions we all must struggle with, from time to time.

The first time I played spin the bottle was in 7 th grade. It was just me, a really nice cute little girl down the street, and her 2 dogs. I swear that bottle was rigged. The dogs loved me though!

Getting back to the OP's query, none of the games have a true RNG. They utilize PRNGs. There have been a number of Forum threads that have discussed this topic.
