Billyjoe, I understand what you are saying. It just doesn't work in reality for Mr. average player. The frequency of cards over time is going to even out. That means the results will also average out. If it didn't the machines would not be random.

In order for you to achieve an advantage with any system you need that system to affect the frequency of the cards. You need to get better hands to get a better result. However, with a truly random game there's no way to change the frequencies.

The results of many players will form a bell curve as has been discussed previously. It's very possible for you to simply have been more fortunate than Mr. average player. Naturally, unless you understand what I just stated it would be easy for you to think your method of play was working as an advantage.

Likewise, you'll get some people thinking the games might be rigged at times because they are seeing the wrong side of the bell curve no matter what they do.

You are correct, Shadow. I do not have any advantage with this approach, but it allows me to play even or a little ahead,  and reap the benefits of the comps. I have had blockbuster gaming trips occasionally, but I also never have an excessive losing trip.

I just want those 'other players' to make up the poor side of that bell curve - I'll take the good side.
