Yeah this is poorly stated. I get what he means though. You're as likely to win or lose at 7am as 2pm, etc. The machine under most state laws should just be splitting random, equally likely cards at you at all times day and night, except when the casino closes, obv.

I mean besides all of the third party conversations with bartenders, cab drivers, casino slot personnel, hosts, William Tell, whoever?   What DIRECT proof do you have of any wrong doing on the part of a casino to alter a video poker game? What evidence do you have, in any form, besides notes made by you of your play (these would not be considered as evidence because of the ease in which they can be altered) and conversations with people that cannot be considered as evidence either?   Making statements in your posts such as: a casino could, or a casino can, does not equate to: a casino does, or a casino has. The Chicago Cubs COULD win a World Series. The Chicago Cubs CAN win a World Series, but this would require every other team plane in the major leagues to crash at the exact same time on the third Tuesday of the month.  and

But, referring to your opinion as fact, is, in my opinion, not fine.[/QUOTE] Over my entire posting history, I have posted breakdowns of my playresults, and shared with the forum what my abysmal video poker playback percentages have been in AC.....I have shared my conversations and points with casino people and Gaming agency people as well.     These are all facts to me because I experienced them.....and from this I form my conclusion(s) which I share.    If you do not want to believe them or agree with them, fine, dont.   I am actually looking for someone, somewhere to see my posts here and present me with convincing irrefutable evidence that video poker in AC is just like it is in Nevada....I am still waiting.  ALL you guys do is throw darts at my posts because you just do not like my "tone" or the language I use to make my points.....too bad.   Thanks for not calling me a liar though, I do appreciate that.I must say, all these pictures that people who pay to be GOLD members post of their major video poker hits....how do really know that they truly were hit by that person making the post?   How do we know they are not posting someone else's winning hand(s)?????   Seriously, if you are going to start sharing doubts about what people write here, do not be surprised if it cuts in directions you never intended or foresaw.The fact is, this is an open forum, so its all about good faith, and common courtersy.....you dont cast doubt about the credibility of people's claims or stories unless you have proof AND a solid reason to do so......on the other hand, only a MORON would take everything they read here seriously and put it on a par with sworn testimony or gospel.   Read the disclaimer(s), they cut both ways too....There are some things I see and read here that I have a really hard time believing, mainly the myopic pettiness and meanspiritedness of certain posters.....UNbelievable

  DaBurglar in terms of accuracy you can only present your play as "fact" about what your opinion is of video poker play in Atlantic City. It's great that you've had conversations and points(?) with casino people and gaming control people as well but how can those conversations be facts to you and how can you experience them?    As for convincing irrefutable evidence that video poker in Atlantic City is just like it is in Nevada, I would suggest you read the regulations for each state and then compare them. I can almost guarantee that, of all of the states that offer legalized gambling, you will not find even two states that have the exact same gaming regulations.    As another poster has written here; game makers such as IGT (your example) manufacture games that are within the gaming regulations of whatever state the machine will be delivered to and played in. If all of the states had the same gaming regulations then IGT would only have to deal with 1 set of gaming regulations when manufacturing games.    Regarding questioning those who post pictures here about the validity of the pictures that they post, we can only trust that the pictures are an accurate portrayal of hits and wins made by the person taking credit for the picture. Unless of course in those cases (Lucky Larry and Sweet C come to mind) when the poster announces that the picture is of a hit made by someone else.    As I write this I am looking out my window at the ambulances pulling into a local hospital after transporting victims of a car crash. Chicago is now being refered to on the streets as: "Chi-Raq." Yes, there are bigger things for us to focus on in the world than just video poker.

Guys how many of you win like you did back. before 2007-2008 era. Most won a lot more and more often and could get some real play for your dollar. The truth is solid players had a good chance. That day has passed the casinos are taking no prisoners.There will always be the believers that think every thing is on the square, Simple answer just ask yourself what I mention above the truth is most are not winning like they use to.
