Re: Attn billyjoe: Horseshoe Hammond
I was in the high limit room and I saw a VP game that paid $50k for a sequential royal flush. It must be new. I haven't seen it before. Does anyone know the payout return?
The base game is 98.85%. Even if the sequential is reversible it's only 99.32%. Sadly, that was a downgrade of what the game used to be 8/5 Super Aces for 10-play.
I'd play 8/5 Bonus with Double STP (99.67%) before that, or NSUD (99.73%). They got a couple of full-pay ultimate X games on that thing too (Deuces, Jacks, Bonus Deluxe). But all the games are $50/point unfortunately.

I hit a joker in the four of a kind bonus game last night. I'm running real good. 3 jokers picked this year out of about 70 cards.

Vman - what's the update on the returns for the four of a kind bonus poker at HS Hammond? I did a quick look last night and it appeared the pay tables changes on the bonus poker game on that machine.
Thanks

They got knocked down awhile back when someone noticed. Do you remember what the dollar Bonus paytable was? if it was the crappy 10/8/5/3/3/1 paytable, that's unplayable. 6/5 is 99.09%. I vaguely remember the best game left being 7/5 DDB (98.68%), and at that rate, you might as well play something better like the 9/6 DDB progressive. I think all the best paying games left are the reduced points games in high limit.
Thanks

The bonus poker was 10/8/5/3/1/1. Website says it's a generous 96.38%. I just wasn't sure if there were any hidden gems in the other games, but I guess not. I read they also got rid of the 9/6 job deal/draw machines. I never played that game but it was in the 99.5%+ category.
I will assume that nothing is playable unless I want to play the games with the reduced points. It's a shame this casino went from having the best vp to now having such a poor selection.
