ED, Peter makes the pork chop comment to either Alice or his parents Carol and Mike. He may have also said that Tiger would get the pork chop bones and any self respecting dog owner (Michael Vick DOESN'T COUNT) knows that pork chop and chicken bones are off limits to dogs.
