I have such mixed feelings about this. Reading a good verbal tennis match versus reading about how playing one coin makes money, or someone's scores are too high or my credits didn't compute. This forum is for everyone. If the topic interests you, read it; if it doesn't, keep scrolling.

A quick observation without spending hours researching past posts, it does seem to me that Ted is the provoker, then Buggie comes back swinging. I have no problem with anyone defending his or her opinions, but do it without personal attacks. Gee, what's next? ... comparing hand sizes?

It's harder to pay someone a compliment then it is to criticize. Why is that? Many reasons and they all are own reasons. Life is full of bs minutiae; it's easy to get bogged down in it. Harder to rise above it, but really worth it. Kenny perhaps unintentionally quoted my favorite band Cowboy Mouth ... "when the world is coming down on me, I let it go!"

So challenge or not, take a sabbatical or not. In the grand scheme of life, this issue is a grain of sand. So why not meet in AC and build a killer sand castle? And no Ted, you may not put live alligators in the moat, geesh.

Have a wonderful day all.Buff for President.  Awesome stuff here, madam.  Sums up a bleak situation with unclouded truth and tact.  Again.... and thank you

Why thank you Kenneth, and you are one dapper dude in your own right. And thank you Galey. Although I would love to bring Hillary to heel, prez is a thankless job and my hair is turning gray on its own. I'd rather go casino hopping on Air Buff One. Everyone's invited, and it's pet friendly

Sabbatical? What dreams may come! This challenge offer seems to have bought us all some peace. Enjoy the temporary cease fire, all.

Firstly, great post Buffilita.....truly great.    second, i never asked or said I wanted Tedlark to curtail ALL his forum posting, I just wanted all the "provoking" on his part towards me as Buff calls it to cease and desist.     Third, I think we should get this absurd challenge over and done with......if I am going to take a month off, now would be the perfect time to do it since I will be gone and out of touch anyway numerous times in the coming month, and when i would be returning from my month long suspension (assuming I lose)  I would be bringing with me numerous stories and experiences from a Vegas excursion as well as some more reports on AC and Mohegan/Foxwoods in Connecticut!    This will all work out well, sooooo.......'what do you say?HOW and when should we do this challenge?     Hello webman, are you out there?

WM--
had a question about this challenge...will it be general admission, reserved seating available, etc....??My own lack of experience in this is pretty extensive, since I have never ever engaged in a personal challenge on this website......from kenny's comment above, am I correct in saying that OTHER forum members here will be able to watch the contest LIVE as it transpires??     Do Tedlark and myself actually PLAY the game at the exact same time, or does that matter at all???Again, someone explain to me HOW THIS WORKS EXACTLY??!?!?!    I am ready willing and able to do this challenge (NOW).......but I caution that I have lots of other things going on in my life and it is possible that at any given moment I can be called away or distracted or what not........Here is my schedule for the (very) near future, in case this helps webman and/or Tedlark in scheduling this thing.....I am generally available March 16 thru march 19,  then March 23 & 24........but after march 24, I will be out and about traveling, staying & playing in Vegas, Reno and AC, and will not be back home until April 8 or 9!!!!!!

Well, let's revisit this in April. I really didn't think I'd have to play concierge to make this thing happen. As for your question about how challenges work, no... other people can't watch you play. KB was joking there. Basically you will just play your 250 hands before the expiration date and once both players have finished, the score will be available (I will post it here) and we will have a winner.
