Hey, did anyone else know that backsider hit a royal a few months ago?Bragging?
Then just think, you would have walked right past that 5play dollar game
I won on, and instead settled for a 50c royal on that fpdw machne. A
difference of $18,000.
If bragging is to be frowned upon, and you do a lot of frowning, please never mention your one big hit again.I accept that I don't have the bankroll to play $1 5-line machines, at $25 a hand.  I'll have to settle for a few $1000 or $2000 royals a year instead of one, big, lucky hit.  Perhaps if I had some disability welfare checks to stockpile, I might be able to step out and take a chance on a BIG WIN once in a while, even at lousy odds.

But it is actually something to brag about, although I would be sick of hearing it too if sweet c or billyjoe got it.

This is why I believe I would make a great guest on the Dancer show. I would represent the other side of the coin as not being the typical local player who cant stop themselves from playing the machines under the guise that theyre making some kind of hokey hourly wage, and how they think the casino managers wake up every day feeling like giving it away to the APs around the city while none of them are ever banned from playing. Really, no one believes that scenario even though they give it plenty of lip service. Id represent the great majority of players, who understand the game, who know how to play it fairly well, and who play only once in a while. Thats what listeners like myself want to hear, not someone talking about the way it used to be.

No, you'd represent the lunatic fringe that believes math only works sometimes and thousands of people conspire to illegally gaff VP machines without a single whistleblower.

I'd like to see you on the show. It would be a laugh a minute.

billyjoe has posted much bigger hits than that. he posts them, but does not persistently brag about them. Hey, I love seeing big hits no matter what the circumstance. Bring on the big winners!

Yeah.  The listeners of "Gambling with an Edge" really want to be listening to "Gambling Without an Edge Like Most Losers Who Drive Interstate 15 Three Weekends a Year."Bob is honest about being banned from playing at Stations.  Is that the "nobody is ever banned from playing" you're talking about?

I dont drive here three weekends a year. My time is currently split between Nellis and Creech.

I expect you are wrong about Bob. Ive been reading his columns, and one recently had him subtly bragging about his Chairman or President or Dictator slotcard status. If he was banned, it wasnt for vp reasons. Id more suspect, from his penchant for including sex in his books and articles, it would have something to do with the cocktail waitresses.

Why such anger over such an insignificant issue shadow? Life not treating you fairly?

Youre a sharpie. See if you can talk Bob into having me on the show. Just need handicapped access. Im one of his 30 listeners so he might not want me unless he can advertise it for at least a month first. I guarantee to double that figure.

I think some of you are just cheap azzes and have a hard time admitting to it.  Whereas Billyjoe is a well mannered gambler.
