The other party has declined - several times. I believe the other party even went so far as to say it was never going to happen.

Oh man! I just read this entire thread from the start, waiting to get to page 8 to find out the ending...Only to find there wasn't one...LOL, Although it was kinda fun to read. There's a half hour of my life I'll never get back! LOL...
