...We only had an "end of the month" contest to look forward to      Now, so many to choose from and usually enjoy most of them

Just read a thread that mentioned an actor called Robert Conrad. I couldn't help but wonder "what was the name of that show he was on?"

so, it got me thinking about this popular topic

....when we used our (or tried to) memory before everyone went to Google and such for these answers. I enjoyed trying to remember those things on my own and with the help of friends. Seemed like more fun to me then

  Robert Conrad was in Wild Wild West, Black Sheep Squadron, and a couple others. he also guest starred in one of my favorite episodes of Columbo.
