I wish someone would just ask BOB dancer what he thinks of this......if I were Ted and as determined to "prove" my point, I'd start a thread "ASK BOB" and put it to him........
Who is Bob Dancer? Is he an authority on how people manage their bankrolls when gaming? Everyone knows that, with continuous play, VP games are all losers. Stopping play, and pocketing winnings, is the only way to have a chance at profitability.
Does Bob Dancer know something that we don't know?
Not all VP games are losers with continuous play. Full pay deuces wild (100.76% with optimal play) is all over off-strip las vegas.
And Bob Dancer has been playing video poker profitably for years and occasionally posts here.

Does Bob Dancer know something that we don't know? I would "bet" (lol) that most of us here who have been playing VP for years have, at one time or another, tried this very tactic......we QUIT when we suddenyl get ahead with a big hit, and then walk around for a while, with the winnings burning a hole in our pocket, until we decide to "TRY again"......now, if we manage to WIN again and quit while we are ahead, then great, this supposed "Ted lark method to winning" will seemingly keep us in the black.....UNTIL we finally start another session in which we DO NOT ever "get ahead" and we lose some or all of whatever we put into the machine......that is usually what happens to everyone who does the "Quit/stop while I am up" method......And Bob Dancer, for all his success, has never claimed that he wins 4 out 5 sessions......his so called profitability involves a whole lot more than what a player like Ted or any one else here does......and what is worse, Bob himself admits that what he does is NOT exactly "FUN" as the rest of us conceive "FUN" to be......this is Bob's JOB!

DaBurglar if you were under my skin I'd be at the dermatologist asking for a salve. And fun for me by the way is walking into a casino with some benjamins and walking out of a casino several hours later with even more benjamins. Are you at all related to Kanye West? Afterall, the way he ranted at the Grammy's last night reminds me of you.

Tell me this Ted, what does your dermatologist give you for the severe case of "Athlete's Tongue" you periodically contract on a regular basis? The fungal infection that permeates your mouth resulting from repeatedly putting your foot inside???Just wondering.....

Ahh DaBurglar, typical of you; always a follower and never a leader.

I was in the area and seeing that DaBurglar classifies me as a "local" I decided to stop into Hollywood Joliet tonight to take care of $250.00 in free play that I had. After noshing I went to a favorite machine and started off. I quickly got quad 4's with a kicker and I was almost ready to quickly cash out and run but I decided to stick around for a few more minutes. Up popped: I walked out quite comfortable and happy after the hour I spent there. All off free play, sweet.
