The royal drought is over!

After 8 royals the first two months of the year, I knew over royaled was going to bite me sooner or later. My last royal was the middle of March and was a dealt one.

Got to the Casino Friday about 10:30a, picked up my tickets for Sugarland and hit the floor. Was down hill from the start. About the 3p time frame I am playing on a bar top and a guy 2 machines over is dealt a royal on dimes playing ultimate x triple play with 2 times on all hands. Nice $2400 hand pay. I head over to play some slant top machines and see another dealt royal on 25 hand nickel play a 5k hand pay.

I start play 9/6 JOB $5 a hand down $800. Not long in I hit a SF holding two cards. A bit later four 8's.
Ticket says $525. Feeling better about the day I keep playing. The machine go's cold. Give back $325, ticket at $200 I am thinking about moving. I say to myself I could find a dead machine moving since the day has not found a what I call paying machine. I keep playing.

Then ba-ba-bang! Hold 3 to the royal and it fills in. The royal drought is over!

Meet up with 3 couples for the concert at 6:30 for drinks. Hit the concert at 9p. Everyone had a great time.

Then drop to quarter play the rest of the trip. Great finish to the first half of 2019.
