Getting Knocked Off Game
I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing getting knocked off in the middle of a game.

I’m talking about the contests. I’ll be playing and all of a sudden it goes black then it say resume session. Does this happen because I’m not a gold member?

Playing the games here on the site are next to impossible if you're not gold. The ads make it so it takes at least 10 to 20 seconds to play each hand, especially if it's a multi-line game. I just used the mobile app. Still has interrupting ads, but they're more like 5 second commercials. The games play fine. No contests on the app though.

I believe that a Silver membership is not only cheaper than a Gold membership but it is also ad free.

When it goes black for you is it just the game area or the entire screen?

Someday, if I ever play 100 play in a casino, or might happen LOL.
Why it shows the first picture twice, I can't figure out.

Congrats. The good news is there was no W2-G.

Actually that's bad news.
assuming you're playing for quarters, this hand would be worth $44,000 if you were paid for it and given a W2G. To keep the numbers easy, let's say that meant you were liable for $14,000 in taxes.
What that means is that you have a $30,000 hit after taxes --- which is pretty sweet. If you're in a high tax state and lose $19,000 in taxes, you're forced to put up with only $25,000 after taxes. That's pretty sweet as well.
And you say not getting this after-tax windfall is good news? I say it would be wonderful to have this "tax problem."
