Main Street Station for me as well. They also have "fish tickets" as we call them, for every quad you hit.
I've never heard that term for them - I've always just called them scratch cards. What's the thinking with that term - you're "fishing" for that $5000?
Going "fishing" is what we call going to play Video Poker. A "pond" is a bank of machines. "Lure" is the money inserted into a machine. A "fish" is a quad. We have different names for each quad value. A "fish ticket" is what we call those scratchers as in catching a quad or "fish". I started to give names to the "fish ladies" and "fish men" that hand them out, but my wife gave me that "don't you dare" look as I started to come up with names such as "Sea Bass"

I refer to the scratch off tickets as "tipping money" because they are usually $2, collect a few and use the cash to tip the cocktail servers
Having watched a few television shows on the efforts of the Poles to successfully break the Enigma Key, I think I can decipher what FAA was talking about:
FAA, some casinos in Las Vegas hand out scratch cards of varying denominations when a video poker player hits a specified four of a kind on a given day.
I may be wrong though as I am still not 100% back from the Chinese Virus.
