Tournament Request

Probably an obvious suggestion, but Webman, when we get the Tournament Action back as a feature of the site, how about a 100-hand tournament on Quick Quads?  Seems like it is a made to order tournament base since the swings are so pronounced.  In 100 hands, virtually no one would be completely eliminated from the possibility of a "come back".Plus, I'm thinking that the more who get their hooks into this game, the more likely it will be that it will see casino floors sooner.And, I cannot avoid mentioning that I'd like to see a single line version of this game!

I think this would make for a fantastic tournament game, as you say. The variance would make it exciting. Do you think 100 hands is enough? Maybe it depends on the length of the contest?I'll run a couple test tournaments today with no prizes and people can try them out.  I know people have been doing private challenges on 100 hands and it has worked well, but maybe in the contest environment we'll need to switch things up a little. I'll let you know when the new contest is up.Side note, but in the past someone suggested "group" challenges, which would basically be a mini-contest for X number of people that you could invite. This is certainly on the table and will likely make an appearance down the road. We have a lot of other plans revolving around this concept but first things first.

Sounds good WM.  Both the Open Tournament and the Invitational Tournament.  Maybe like the US Open in Golf versus an Invitational like the Masters <LOL>
