Does Speed of Play Matter?

For free play and mailers does say 5k play through in 2 hours get you the same comps. as say 5k play through in 6 hours? All things being the same, denomination and of course same day. Or does the casino see you as a higher roller if you put more money through faster?

Yes it does matter at least at my home casino in MI.
