AC Trip

Post by faygo »

My bride of lo these many years has advised me that we will be going to Atlantic City over the Holidays. (Who am I to argue with her)

I expect to be formulating a plan. It probably will not be as big in bankroll or as elaborate as the plan Eduardo had for his Vegas trip, but a plan never the less.

Stay tuned as it will unfold as I get closer to the expected departure date.

As always suggestions (keep em clean) will be appreciated.

I suggest a plan similar to mine, except winning instead of losing.

I agree with the winning part but you did have a boatload of fun, right?

log on to frugal fridays  (archives of Oct 19 and 25) That would be Jean Scott's column for Las Vegas Advisor re her trip to AC. That $100 free play promo for signing up for BLACK LABEL Borgata players card, by showing them i.e. Harrah's Diamond card, at beautiful new Borgata casino was still in effect Nov 9.  You do not have to spend that $100 all at the same machine if you just enter a fraction to start, say $20. Then you could try another machine for another fraction. (sorta like a restaurant gift card - unlike a NW casino in MI that makes you play your comp all at one machine and is not good at most machines you would rather play!)  I had luck at Borgata playing VP and also want to return to a $1 DDB machine at Ballys that went crazy in my favor for an hour before we had to leave.

Good luck and good times to you.  I've never been to AC and would love to hear from you when you return.  Take Edaurdo's advice and get lucky!

Which holiday are you referring to? And where are you staying? I will be there 12/29-12/30 checking out 12/31 unless we hit BIG! LOL

MikeA, you might be on to something there. Not to detract from faygo's thread (maybe someone should start a new one for this) but Vegas would seem the logical place for such a meeting to occur. It would require enough time for everyone to plan... synch that up with next year's G2E event (Nov 18-20, 2008) where the VideoPoker.com family is sure to gather and we could have one heck of a shin-dig.

It was fantastic to meet the few members that dropped by the booth this year. If we had a larger crowd on hand there could be some additional goings on as well. Now, I shall return you to the previously scheduled AC Trip and we can resume this discussion if someone is bold enough to start it anew.
