Lower royal was dealt again

I was dealt that exact same hand and suit TWICE before I even drew to a royal flush.

2 million hands, I am supposed to get 3 dealt royal flushes but still 0.

5 million and counting ffor me. I have hit them in the past, but whike I should have hit about 30 lifetime, I have hit less than 10. I did hit a redraw one last week though. I have hit several of those.
