Ketchup is my 2nd favorite add on to foods. Salt is number one. Scrambled eggs r good. add salt and ketchup and as Tony the tiger says, there grrrrreat !! same with french fries .

No idea why the Ct reference. Give me a Pepe’s Tomato pie at Bizarro and I am happy. I love ketchup on my scrambled eggs. Lately, I mix some Franks with it. Hot….yum. Down south whenever you see a sign at a restaurant for Italian Pizza, just keep driving!!

I’ve also received OK and NC packets. The gimmick is “United States of Saucemerica.” Rolls right off tongue.
I can’t have anything unhealthy. My new labs have my A1C up +.2% due to a recently acquired Wendy’s breakfast deal routine, to be dropped like a bad habit. I blotted those potatoes dry. Egg did most of the harm.

Ketchup on a sabrette frank, wonderful ! I could drink ketchup straight up it tastes so good .

My instant death wish. Mix ketchup with Franks or tabasco hot sauce. Speaking of A1-c. No nos sweet green relish. Another favorite on my dogs.

I’m in a constant pre diabetic state. Ice cream only a handful of times a year. I duck sugar as often as possible.
