help with hand
I was playing JOB on Free slots... Was given the following hand: Jh 5h Kh Tc 5c ... I saved the 5h and 5c... came up as an error on my play, said I should have held Jh Kh... So I plugged the hand into VP for winners, checked my strategy card and I am still confused, brainer? Any thoughts?

Both VPW and Winpoker6 show 5,5 as correct hold by a long shot.

The only thing that could make JK the best hold is an enormously large progressive for the RF.

You didn't mention Multistrike and I doubt if you are referring to that possibility, but just in case...
If you happen to be playing Multistrike (1x level hand), on some games it is appropriate to hold two suited high cards over the pair of 5s. In this case, it is easier to get a scoring hand with the two high cards even though the average value of that scoring hand will be lower than the average value from a pair of 5s. But potential scoring on higher levels makes it worthwhile to sacrifice some scoring on the low level.

new2vp. You hit the nail on the head. Just checked hand on VPW for MS. Two high cards correct hold. Now you know why I don't play that game.
