Won a prize for the first time
I made a run at the 7 Star tournament last month and this month since I never got the 7 Star achievement. I wanted to see what the 7 Star tournament was all about so I had to grind thousands of hands (multiple hours of play) to qualify since I did not have much achievements.
I was able to get a Top 7 placement for Wild! Wild! Wild! Poker in Round 1 from two decent dealt hands (with Wild card assist)
In Round 2, I was fortunate enough to get Aces w/Kicker on a spot with 10x multiplier on Ultimate X DDB.
I was fortunately able to finish in 3rd place in the championship round
Better late than never, but I finally was able to win something on videopoker.com after years of trying here and there (not constantly, had large gaps in between). I did get an inbox message to claim the prize.

Nicely done. That’s an amazing result for just your second attempt in the tourney. (All skill clearly)
Congrats!

Way to go! The prizes aren't all that big, but finishing at, or near, the top just feels good.

WTG Alpax. Hope this portends good things both on this site and more importantly (no offense Webman) at casinos.

Thank you everyone for the good luck wishes and support throughout the years!
I enjoyed the 7 Star tournament experience and I am really grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Tournament of Champions in January 2025.
I was preoccupied lately, but I will resume working on PowerStacks Poker strategy and hopefully a winning trip story to share if I do have one in the upcoming months.
