Palm Springs, CA VP
I'm heading to Palm Springs this week. Anyone with experience playing either of the casinos in Palm Springs? My last visit there I only drove past one of the places near the home I stay. Decent vp? Decent pay tables?
Any feedback would be much appreciated...everyone is always so helpful.
Thanks ahead of time

I played once in Palm Springs. Found the vp machines to be very tight. Didn't see a lot of people winning. Tis was last year. Maybe things have changed and you'll be lucky. Have fun and good luck!

thanks Nancy, if I don't hear any good reports then I think it'll be a vacation that doesn't involve vp!

RFOM, theres one cat who boasts about the $1 bartops at Agua Caliente. I have'nt been so I'm not in the position to rate it. 15 mins. south is Fantasy Springs casino with a decent selection, decent paytables(for Ca.) and good food. I've had some good trips there so you may want to consider this as an option. I'm sure there are shuttles in the Palm Springs area that will take you to and from so you may not even have to drive! 3 mins. from there is Spotlight 29 casino. Marginal selection, decent paytables and good food also. there are 2 options less than 20 mins. out!

Thanks so much EDC....I wrote those down and hopefully will get a chance to check them out. I'm the only gambler of the group so it is highly likely it won't happen. If I can swing a short trip out I think I'll check out the Agua Caliente.

The Spa casino is right smack in the middle of town so your friends might want to shop while you're flexing your VP prowess!

I think that might be a workable game plan....I would hate to think a six day vacation wouldn't include just a "little" gambling Ed! Otherwise it doesn't seem like much of a vacation!!!!

You see! That Faygo, very much like CdDenver, always on top of the game and sharper than a Ginsu Knife! RFOM; even if you don't do any gaming(perish the thought) theres lots of neat things to see and do around the Palms. Enjoy yourself and the weather most of all!

thanks Ed....I've been there once before....and you are so correct, it is a beautiful area. Plus with the temperatures below zero here in Iowa and the mid-seventies in Palm Springs it'll make that plane ride this afternoon even more inviting!!!
