Newer Double Supertimes Pay

Post by gentlemobster »

I like many on here have played a lot of vp over the last 20 years. It seems to me that the newer double super times pay machines are harder to win on. Just seems like the money goes so fast. I don’t know the details of the machines but I noticed that there is a slight delay on a multiplier showing up from the time you hit the deal/draw button. Also the graphics are slightly different. Am I being crazy here?? :geek:

No, I think you fit right in here. By my memory of rigged game threads, the complaints almost always involve new games being tighter than old games.

They tightened the machines after covid. All the old players quit because they couldn't win anymore.

The machines are controlled by a server now, so they can flip the switch without being detected.

The new machines are random in the long run, but not the short run. Or maybe it was the opposite. I forget which.

Stuff like that.

I have noticed repeatedly that when a Democrat sits down at a VP game, it almost automatically tightens up vs the better payout for a Republican. This is not a one-time observation ----- this is happening more and more. Am I the only one noticing this?

Correct. Billryan once sat next to me, and for 5 minutes he didn't catch anything above two pair.
